Veils can be added after your foundation or as a face powder.  For those seeking a very light coverage Mineral Veils may be used in place of foundation.  If you have oily skin, like I do, these Mineral Veils are excellent to lightly apply before foundation and over foundation with a kabuki or powder brush to decrease the amount of "afternoon shine."
